You need to check and possibly relax your Flash Security Settings
Thankfully Adobe has a very handy utility Adobe Flash Settings Manager to do this. Refer also to the RealMac RapidWeaver FAQ
As a rule I usually export my files to a test folder that has full flash access and test the web pages there.
However, if you do not want to meddle with the Flash Security, I would advise you to verify that the Flash plays back on your server correctly before submitting any email to us.

An update from one of our customers
There is a discrepancy on the RealMac FAQ between the text it tells you to paste into the Adobe site (private/var/folders/) and the example it depicts (/private/var/folders).
Clearly there is a / required before the private/var/folders/. Once I added the / it worked perfectly. Perhaps that is a simple misunderstanding on my part, but it might be worth noting for others encountering the same problem.
Thanks Pete
