One of our customers (a video ninja at NodeProductions ) was kind enough to create a droplet for use in Final Cut Pro 3.5 or greater.

This avoid any unnecessary cross conversion and also create a nice web optimised H.264 Video file  , naturally you can adjust the setting as you see fit .
