Our very first conmercial music player stack for RapidWeaver has been updated for Stacks 1.3.
No functionality has changed although we have added some visual indocators in the stack to let you know what it is of course :)

Yes, I know I am annoying.
But I simply cannot find how to download this update, or the other updates you recently announced. When I log in as instructed in your email I am taken to this support site and simply cannot find the updates.
As I requested earlier, please advise.

The link was sent to you when you originally emailed us a few days ago. Go to http://symfonip.com/memberspages the instructions on how to get the username and password are detailed in this page
Please help!
I've paid for and downloaded Mp3 Audio but I have no idea how to get it onto Rapidweaver. Please provide detailed instructions.
Thanks,
Ron

A user manual for using MP3 Stacks is here http://support.symfonip.com/entries/165074-manual-symsoundman-and-m...
This was for the old version but the principle is the same regardless
I think Ron is having the same trouble as I'm having now. Your PDF explains how to use the MP3 Stack once it's installed, but we haven't managed to get it installed yet! I just found some information here: https://yourhead.tenderapp.com/faqs/stacks/my-simple-stacks-do-not-...
I'll try it out and see if it works...
Great link there to the Stacks FAQ too ,
Ok, I've tried everything I could think of, tried everything from the Stacks FAQ I posted above, tried everything else, restarted my computer a massive number of times.
Stacks is working fine, but MP3 Stack has not appeared in Rapidweaver at all yet. It didn't work when i doubleclicked Audio_MP3Player1.5GA.stack, restarting my computer didn't do anythiing. I tried placing Audio_MP3Player1.5GA.stack in:
User/Library/Application Support/Rapidweaver/Stacks/
User/Library/Application Support/Rapidweaver/stacks.rwplugin/Contents/Resources/
Applications/Rapidweaver/Contents/Plugins/stacks.rwplugin/Contents/Resources/
I restarted every time, but it never appeared in the Stacks Library on the right. Do you have any other suggestions as to how to install?
Maybe you should look at what we have used as a guide based on Flowbox Stacks
I've already tried that. I've just installed successfully (in that way) another Stack from another developer, and that is appearing. The problem seems to be with the MP3 Stack only.
Problem solved. The Contents folder inside the Stack was missing its capital C (contents instead of Contents). Renaming it solved the problem.
Hello :)
Same here... but none of the above stated solutions helped... stacks remains nonrapidweaverable ;)
My situation:
I had no Lego-bricks, just folders, so I followed the relevant links & instructions, copied "Audio_MP3Player1.5GA.stack" manually into my library / application support / rapidweaver folder, capitalized "contents", changed it back to lowercase, shut the programs & restarted several times, restarted the computer, but nothing seems to help...
All relevant programmes run on the newest version - so shouldn't be compatibility problems there...
Do you have any other suggestions?
Many thanks in advance :)
Betti

Your Stacks need to be in the Stacks folder not the RapidWeaver one
Dear Kevin
Thank you for the speedy reply and your help - I corrected that mistake, so the path is now:
user/[my username]/Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/Stacks/Audio_MP3Player1.5GA.stack/Contents... etc
That should be right, I hope?
Somehow it still doesn't seem work - the stacks-thing when adding a new page doesn't appear...
What else could I try?
Sorry for the trouble and thank you again
Betti
PS: Or would it be easier to install something else beforehand so that the stacks appear as LegoBricks, and then I could simply implement the easy installation?
Betti - download the file again we have amended the installer
