Hi,

I have problems to get video5 running under Firefox. It is fine with other browsers. What can I do. Thanks. (see www.asiavision.tv)

our user guide covers a number of scenarios where your video may not be visible

Checklist

  • File link is not correct the path to your video 
  • Your Server does not support OGG Video or WebM ( see mime-types)
  • Your H.264 video is not true H.264 ( Video and Audio)
