Welcome to SymfoniP Support homepage.  Access help articles, read about known issues, and request help if you have problems.  We strive to keep our plugins as easy to use. However, like most things you may run into some problems :) 

Please, help yourself and browse around...

 Please check the Known Issues pages before submitting a request to see if we already know about it :) we track new cases in the comments there, so you can add comments of your own.

Given that we may not always be available around the clock (see our Support hours in the sidebar) we encourage you to have a look at the following key areas in our Help Resources

• Solutions FAQ to common problems we have been asked about
• Tips and Tricks (available for Logged in users) Got a tip to share we want to hear from you too
• Feature Requests got something to say to improve our plugins go ahead. These are logged , tracked and visible for logged in users

If you take the time to create an account, you’ll be able to submit and post private discussions with other customers and track your existing discussions/support requests with the SymfoniP Team.
