Welcome to SymfoniP Support homepage. Access help articles, read about known issues, and request help if you have problems. We strive to keep our plugins as easy to use. However, like most things you may run into some problems :)

Join in the Discussion
If you take the time to create an account, you’ll be able to submit and post private discussions with other customers and track your existing discussions/support requests with the SymfoniP Team.
However, if you don’t want to create an account, you can still view the public discussions in our discussion area.

Many of our plugin products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, fully-functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.
For products which do not have a free trial (Stacks , Stacks Add-Ons), we offer video tutorials and overviews at http://support.symfonip.com. You can also contact our support staff at any time if you are unsure if a product will suit your needs. Let us know what you need to do and we'll help you determine if our software is suited for a specific application.
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared you will receive an email with the the digital product or registration code required to activate the software. Once this information is emailed to you, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since we cannot revoke registration information after it has been released to you.
In other words, please ask questions BEFORE you purchase, we can't "unsell" software or remove it from your computer. Once you complete a purchase, the sale is final.
